Tree House Master 2days over night : Course for traditional Japanese carpentry - 
( at any day by two or more persons.)

Building a tree house is not difficult at all if you have the know-how and it is a wonderful experience. You build a tree house with an instructor so anyone can participate, even people without any DIY experience. Naturally, the carpentering knowledge acquired from this activity is useful for life in the forest but it can also be used in everyday life.

On the Gankoyama Master tour, you can learn about Japanese forest culture while you enjoy various activities 

Pick up and drop off if requiredIncludes :

• 3 meals (dinner, breakfast and lunch)
• Accommodation in a tree house
• Other activities like wood chopping, forest walks etc.
• Seasonal activities available only at certain times of the year (e.g. watching fire flies, seeing cherry blossoms, mushroom + bug collecting etc.)

Price :

• 10, 000 yen per person
• 16, 500 yen per family - 1 adult + 1 child
• 20, 000 yen per family - 2 parents + 1 child

 N.B.Pick up and drop off are at Highway Oasis Furari bus stop or at JR Iwai Train Station
Payment for tours can ONLY be made in CASH. Credit cards can NOT be used at Gankoyama.
Some activities may be cancelled or changed due to bad weather.

About infection control measures
Influenza is prevalent. Influenza is infected by splashes of coughing or sneezing (splashing).
Norovirus is infected with a small amount of virus.
Please refrain from entering if there are symptoms such as fever, cough, diarrhea, vomiting etc.

Gankoyama is located in the south of Chiba prefecture, Japan. Southern Chiba is generally warm throughout the year and there are a lot of places where you can do marine sports such as surfing and sea kayaking around Gankoyama. Mt. Nokogiri Yama is another place around Gankoyama (near the Kanaya Ferry Port) which has breathtaking scenery.

You can get to Gankoyama by using either public transport or a car. If you use public transport, we can only pick you up at the Highway Oasis Furai bus stop or the JR Iwai train station. (see below)
